天與火同人，龍門洞開，非為功名，而為民生。龍門水穴——大禹所鑿之峽谷；流行不害——水流通暢而不為患。民安其土，君臣相保——百姓安居，君臣相互扶持。此詩寫禹之治水，然不著重英雄壯舉，而是秩序之持續維護。從同人至井（木上有水），深化此公共願景。井卦勞民勸相——汲水通木而上，君子以之勞民勸相。龍門與井共享同一邏輯：引導自然之力為共同福祉服務之基礎設施。
