注释
地中有山，然目不可合，憂來搖足——失眠焦慮，雙腳不安地顫動。悚惕為懼，恐懼充塞於心。去我邦域——終於被逐出或逃離故土。此詩描繪憂慮由身體先於意志而爆發的過程：先是不寐，繼而搖足，終至出奔。從謙至大畜（天在山中），君子多識前言往行以畜其德。然此處山不是涵容之所而是壓迫之牢。天壓在山中產生的力量若無法承受，便化為恐慌。大畜需有容納巨力之器量；器量不足時，逃離是唯一的出口。蓄而不化，壓而欲裂。
