鳥升鵠舉，照臨東海；龍降庭堅，為陶叔後；封於英六，履祿綏厚。
Birds ascending, swans soaring; gazing out over the eastern sea. A dragon descends to Tingjian; becoming the heir of Lord Tao. Enfeoffed at Ying and Liu; his stipend and bounty are rich and generous.

注释
地中有山，鳥升鵠舉——大鳥如鵠高飛，光照東海。龍降庭堅，為陶叔後——庭堅為皋陶之後，陶叔之裔。封於英六——英、六為今安徽六安一帶，皋陶後裔之封地。皋陶為舜禹時法官，其後世以功德襲封。此詩述功德之傳承：由皋陶之正義延及子孫之封祿。履祿綏厚，祿位安穩深厚。從謙至頤（山下有雷），慎言語節飲食——涵養之道。鳥之高飛與祖先封邑皆是世代蓄德之果。山中所蓄者終饋予後世，義之遺澤化為綿延之富。
