地中有山，君子朝服。羔羊皮革——《詩經·召南·羔羊》所詠之朝服，正直之官所著，象徵清廉端正。輔政扶德，以合萬國——佐理國政、匡扶道德，統合天下。羔羊裘既是朝堂禮服亦是德行之表徵：潔白溫暖，如以禮義衣被治道。從謙至離（明兩作），大人以繼明照於四方。謙德著以禮儀之服，光華外射，化為凝聚萬邦之治。離火須有所附麗，此處附於羔羊之德，穩定之焰化為統一天下之明。
