山下有風，蠱雲初開。原詩「昊天白日，照臨我國」——蒼天白日照耀國土；「萬民康寧，咸賴嘉福」——萬民安康，皆仰賴美好之福澤。日照萬民之太平盛景——政治想像中最樸素亦最令人嚮往之圖景。從蠱至井（木上有水），更新之源深於一切腐敗。井水經轆轤之木提升而上，由服務社群者汲取。蠱毒不能污染地下水脈；光明之所以回歸，因其源頭從未真正熄滅。
