山下有風，蠱以驛傳。重驛置之——設置連續之驛站；來除我憂——傳來消息，消除我之憂慮。與喜俱居——與喜樂同住；同其福休——共享福澤安息。驛站制度——間隔設站，騎者換馬以加速傳遞——正體現溫和而持續之溝通化解焦慮。好消息非一聲雷霆，而是經穩定可靠之渠道逐漸傳至。從蠱至巽（隨風巽），矯治之道在於持續滲透之影響，而非戲劇性之干預。風上加風，無孔不入，將信息送達敗壞之最深處。
