注释
澤上有地，臨之關懷。病篤難醫——病已沉重難以救治；和不能治——即便醫和（春秋名醫）亦無法醫治。命終斯訖——壽命至此終結；下即蒿廬——遂入蒿草之墓廬。反諷至深——所變為益（風雷益），然詩寫的卻是終極之喪失。從臨至益，所增益者並非總如人願：有時正是疾病本身在不斷加重，超越一切藥石。風雷本應帶來生長，此處卻化為送終之風暴。即便益卦之增益之力，亦無法逆轉氣數已盡之命運。
