注释
地勢坤，厚德載物。弟妹合居，與類相扶——兄弟姐妹同居一處，互相扶持。願慕群醜，不離其處——眷戀同伴，不願離開。風自火出，家人之象：君子以言有物而行有恆。家人者，家庭之道也。此詩至為溫厚：手足同居，相親相助，留戀所居而不欲他往。「群醜」非貶義，乃同類之意。從坤至家人，大地之普遍承載化為家庭之具體秩序：坤容萬物，家人則將萬物之情收攝於一屋之內。家之暖如火之內蘊，向外則化為風之教化，言行有據，恆久不渝。
