電雷噬嗑，明罰之卦。國多忌諱，大人恆畏——朝堂禁忌重重，權貴亦終日惶恐。結口無患，可以長存。唯有緘默方能保身。此寫暴政之氣氛：一言不慎即遭禍殃，朝臣如履薄冰。從噬嗑至大有（火在天上），光明至盛。然在此極盛之光照下，每一瑕疵無所遁形。大有之豐盛須以謹慎守之，遏惡揚善亦須知何時不言方為善。
