山下有火,賁照東門之亂。東門之壇——東門外之高地。茹藘在坂——茜草生於山坡。此出《詩經·鄭風·東門之墠》,為戀歌:女子近在咫尺而心隔天涯。禮義不行——禮義不得施行。與我心反——與我心意相違。詩經典故點明哀嘆之旨:東門本為正當社交之場,然禮法崩壞。從賁至鼎,木上有火:山之火升為木上之火。鼎以禮制烹煮轉化原料,然此處原料已壞——無禮義則神器亦不能成佳饌。
