雷在地中，東風解凍，河川流通——冬盡春來，萬物復甦之象。西門子產，升擢有功——子產即公孫僑（約前543-前522年為政），鄭國名相，整頓田畝、鑄刑書、以實務治國。其升用賢能，國遂大治。從復至需，雲上於天，待時而動。東風解冰，正如子產之治解一國之困。蟄伏之雷化為待降之雲，由沉滯而至豐沛，其間關鍵唯在得人而已。
