雷在地中，賦歛重數——賦稅反覆徵收，層層加碼。政為民賊——苛政淪為害民之賊。杼軸空虛——織機上杼軸皆空，布帛已盡。去其家室——百姓拋家離舍。空織機之象最為沉痛：家庭生產之核心被榨乾，非因饑荒戰亂，乃國家自身之貪婪所致。從復至兌，麗澤相潤，朋友講習。此變產生辛酸之反諷：歡悅共享之卦象與被掏空之民形成尖銳對比。真正之喜悅須有可分享之物；賦稅掏空織機，眾人皆無所有。
