山下有雷,頤之象,慎言語節飲食。詩追慕古道,哀吟無輔,孤立無援。陽明不制,剛健之氣失於節度,上位者失其所守。頤之為卦,在辨所養與養之之道;若不知節制,陽剛之力反成禍端。從頤至乾,天行健而自強不息,然若養之無方、明而無節,則創生之力反為自噬之因。此詩警示:純陽之勢須以審慎之養為基,否則至健之德亦失其位。
