山下有雷化為電雷噬嗑，頤養之口化為明罰之口。隨陽轉行，不失其常——如候鳥隨日光遷徙，順天時而動。君安於鄉，國無咎殃，治道與天道合一。從頤至噬嗑，養之慎擇化為法之明斷：善養者方能善斷，知節食者方知節刑。雷電並至照破昏暗，然唯以正道自養之君方能行刑而不過。頤之「慎言語」正為噬嗑之「明罰勅法」奠基。
