水洊至，而府藏充盈。王室之富用以振貸濟民。漁人張網於河海之間，罟網滿載而歸。豐饒向外輻射：積財散出，天然之產自由收穫。從坎至大過（澤滅木），水之險化為澤水漫過林木——過度之豐盈壓迫一切結構。此詩寫過度之慷慨面：財散人聚，網滿魚肥。然大過警示棟橈榱壞——王之仁澤雖令人欽佩，此象中已含結構性過度之隱患。
