雲雷屯，化為天地不交之否。登几上輿，駕駟南遊，合從散橫，燕齊以強。此指戰國合縱連橫之策：合縱聯弱以抗秦，連橫則秦各個擊破。蘇秦佩六國相印，使燕齊等國強盛一時。從屯至否，初始之掙扎凝固為僵局。政治縱橫雖使個別國家壯大，卻同時鞏固了彼此之隔絕——天地不交，各方固守其位，表面之強盛實為更深之對峙。
