雲雷屯，化為澤上有水之節。眾神集眾，相與議語——諸神集會共議。南國虐亂，百姓愁苦——南方之國暴虐無道，百姓苦不堪言。興師征討，更立賢主——興兵討伐，另立賢明之君。此為天庭議政而授權征伐之敘事：眾神診斷不義，批准軍事干預以替換暴君。從屯至節，水在澤上定其限度。節卦制數度、議德行，將屯之生猛混亂轉化為有節制之秩序：非無限武力而是適度回應，非永久革命而是一次決定性之矯正，立善治而止。
