九五 屯其膏。小貞吉。大貞凶。
Nine in the fifth place means: Difficulties in blessing. A little perseverance brings good fortune. Great perseverance brings misfortune.

注释
雲雷屯，化為山上有雷之小過。痴狂妄作，心誑善惑，迷行失路，不知南北——癡愚狂妄而行，心為妄想所惑。迷途失路，不辨南北。此描寫認知之崩壞：非單純無知而是主動之迷妄，自身判斷力反噬自身。從屯至小過，雷在山上而鳥不宜上飛，當卑而不當高。小過以小事過之——過乎恭、過乎哀、過乎儉。然此詩示過度若無目的之下場：愚者逾越理性之界，盲目跌撞。小過警示：即便微小之逾矩亦可令人完全迷失方向。
