注释
明兩作離，火入電雷噬嗑之象。金城鐵郭——銅牆鐵壁，堅不可摧。上下仝力——君民一心。政平民歡——政治清明，百姓安樂。寇不敢賊——敵人不敢侵犯。「金城鐵郭」非言實體城防，而喻上下同心之堅固。從離至噬嗑，電雷並至，明罰勅法：火之光明與雷之威嚴合一，法度分明而刑罰公正。真正之城防非鐵壁銅牆，乃公平之治使民心歸附，敵人聞風而不敢犯。
