雷風恆，立不易方。咸陽辰巳，長安戌亥——二京各配天干地支，暗合星曆方位。丘陵生上——高地突起。非魚鰌市——魚鰍不可於高處交易。咸陽、長安皆帝都，辰巳戌亥為時辰配置，似涉堪輿之術。然丘陵之上非水族之所宜，地勢雖高而不合物性。從恆至謙（地中有山），山隱於地中，才德不露。高處無市，正因真正的豐盈藏於低處。恆守而謙退，方合天時地利。
