注释
雷風恆，明暗有常之象。昧旦不明——黎明前卻不見光。暗我無光——漆黑一片，毫無光亮。喪滅失常——秩序崩壞，常道盡失。使我心傷——令人悲痛。恆之常在於晝夜交替不失其序，而此詩寫黎明不至、暗無盡頭，恆之規律被徹底打破。從恆至隨（澤中有雷），恆者自主不移，隨者順勢而行。然此時無光可隨，無勢可順，喪常之痛在於持守之信念落空——本以為天終會亮，卻只餘無盡之暗。
