陰霧不清，濁政亂民。孟秋季夏，水壞我居。
Dark fog will not clear; turbid governance throws the people into disorder. Late summer into early autumn; floodwater ruins our dwelling.

注释
風自火出，家人之視野本應清明。然陰霧不清——陰霾瀰漫不散。濁政亂民——混濁之政令擾亂百姓。孟秋季夏——夏末秋初之際，水壞我居——洪水沖毀家園。季節之細節精確——夏秋之交正是暴雨漲河之時。政治腐敗與天災交匯：濁政出濁水，家園為洪流所吞。從家人至晉，明出地上，光明進升。然此詩恰為晉之反面——前進被混沌所阻。晉道要求光明自暗中升起；此處黑暗反而加深，洪水完成了敗政所開啟之毀壞。
