雷雨作,解之象也。上政搔擾——上層政令擾民。螟䖝並起——害蟲蜂起。害我嘉穀——禍害良田好穀。年歲无稷——全年無收。上有苛政、下有蟲害,雙重夾擊。從解至既濟,水在火上:既濟者萬事就位,然此詩示「完成」並不等於安全——結構齊備而禾穀仍毀。君子以思患而豫防之,然此處之防已遲。解脫後之新秩序看似完備,實則脆弱如初——既濟之後即是未濟之始。
