注释
雷雨作，解之象也。推車上山，力不能任——以一己之力欲成眾人之事，氣喘力竭。顛蹶蹉跌——連連跌倒。傷我中心——身心俱傷。此為能力不堪重負、獨力難支之象：非意志不堅，乃形勢不許。從解至師，地中有水：師者容民畜眾，以紀律統御萬人之力。脫困之後若仍以孤力強撐，必再蹶倒。此詩暗示出路非在蠻力，而在組織調度——水藏地中，靜而有序，方能成師。治眾之法在統而不在獨。
