Ten thousand sails converge on the harbor; masts stand thick as a forest. Salt and fish fill the market; gold and jade overflow from every door.

澤上於地，萃也。原詩曰：江河淮海，天之都市——長江、黃河、淮水與大海，為天然之商業樞紐。商人受福，國家富有——商旅因水運而得利，國庫因貿易而充盈。此四水即古之四瀆，為漢代商業之命脈。水之匯聚處即商賈雲集處，商賈雲集處即財富凝聚處。從萃至坎（水洊至），聚合之勢化為流動之力。靜態之澤化為動態之水，積聚之財化為流通之利。萃之精華不在於固守，而在於讓聚合之物流動起來，水行不止，利生不息。
