注释
澤上於地，萃也。九里十山——九里路途竟有十座山阻隔。道仰峻難——道路陡峭，仰面難攀。牛馬不前——連牲畜都拒絕前行。復反來還——只得折返原路。此詩以地理之艱險寫行路之絕望：山密路陡，畜力不支，人力更無從。從萃至困（澤無水），聚合之澤被掏空。困卦之象為澤中無水——外表仍是容器之形，內裡已空無一物。聚合之眾如疲憊之牛馬，面對不可逾越之障礙，只能退回。蓄積耗盡，前路已斷。
