木上有水，井以上下相通而養生，陰陽交感方能生化。乾作聖男，坤為智女——此直引《說卦傳》之宇宙論：乾為父、坤為母，天地交合而生六子。此非尋常婚配，乃天地創生之根本法則。配合既成，長生得所。從井至頤（山下有雷），頤為養之道。井之結構供養配合頤之慎擇所養：正確之匹配如乾坤之合，生生不息而不耗散。
