注释
木上有火，鼎之象也。頃筐採卷耳而不盈——此即《詩經·周南·卷耳》之典，婦人採草而心不在焉，滿腹思念遠行之人。「憂不得傷」，哀而不至於毀身，悲而猶能自持。所思者為故人，而「悲慕失母」更添喪親之深痛。從鼎至乾（天行健），私情之哀經鼎火冶煉，化為自強不息之力量。鼎中所成之物，天道運行不輟而載之前行。哀思之深切本身即為生命力之明證。
