木上有火,鼎之象。東行西坐——東奔西走,方向不定。喪其犬馬——失去犬馬。南求驊騮——南下尋覓駿馬驊騮。失車林下——車輛遺落林中。東、西、南——每個方向皆指向失落。犬、馬、驊騮、車——一切交通與財物盡失。從鼎至夬(澤上於天),夬為決斷之卦——積水在天,必須傾瀉而下。然此人東奔西走不能決斷,突破始終未至——每一步非但未解危機,反而加深散失。鼎中所養因無決斷而四散。
