兼山為艮，生死之際。魂微惙惙——氣息奄奄。屬纊聽絕——以絲絮試鼻息，古禮驗死之法。忽然曠然大通，復更生活！從艮至大壯（雷在天上），山化為雷鳴天上之大壯——爆發性之生命力。此變極為劇烈：瀕死之絕對靜止轉為雷霆萬鈞之復甦。看似死亡者不過是力量之最深蓄積，至釋放一刻。山非將死，乃在重新裝填。
