注释

山上有木為漸,麗澤為兌。怙恃自負,不去於下。血從地出,誅罰失理。驕者恃己,不肯俯就下民。血湧地面,刑罰失序。兌為朋友講習之樂,本應以開放之心相悅。然此詩中自負之主將兌之悅化為暴虐之罰。從漸至兌,漸進之修養理應培養謙和之樂,然驕慢扭曲一切。以漸功積累之權力若配以驕恣,則喜變為懼,樂化為血。兌之真義在悅而不驕、和而不暴,失此則漸功盡毀。
