上九 巽在牀下。喪其資斧。貞凶。

注释
隨風巽，化為澤上有地之臨。巨蛇大鰌，戰於國郊——龐大之蛇與巨鯰搏鬥於都城之外，水中之怪獸浮出地表，天地異變。上下閉塞，君道走逃——上下之路全然堵塞，國君唯有逃亡一途。怪獸鬥於城門乃天道失常之極——深淵之物浮於世間，綱常倫序全面崩潰。從巽至臨（澤上有地，君子以教思無窮），臨本為君王臨民、教化無窮之象。然此處迫近者非仁君，乃怪異之物。自下而起者非順服之民，而是驅逐人君的混沌之力。
