Black moths swarm the lamp — the lamp gutters. Night-vines wrap the pillar — the pillar tilts. Four walls without windows, no wind enters; a room sunk in darkness, the air impossible to clear.

注释
隨風巽，化為電雷之噬嗑。原詩云：「鬱怏不明，為陰所傷；眾霧集聚，共奪日光。」陰氣鬱結而光明不彰——非一人之害，乃群小合謀，如霧聚而蔽日，以集體之力遮天蔽日。此為陰勝陽衰、暗勝明之象。從巽至噬嗑（電雷噬嗑，先王以明罰勅法），噬嗑以雷電之威明刑正法。巽風之柔不能驅散已然結聚之暗——唯以噬嗑之決斷力，如閃電劈開濃霧，方能恢復光明。溫和滲透不足以對付蓄意凝聚之黑暗。
