麗澤兌，歡悅之象。當得自如，不逢凶災。衰者復興，終無禍來。一切順遂，危者轉安，衰者復振。從兌至同人（天與火同），個人之歡悅擴展為群體之和諧。天與火皆向上而行，志同道合者自然匯聚。衰運之復興不需激烈手段，唯賴真誠相感、志趣相投者之會合。喜悅若出自真誠，自能感召同道而形成群體之力。類族辨物而後合，此即同人之大義。
