Nine in the fourth place means: One cannot engage in conflict. One turns back and submits to fate, Changes one's attitude, And finds peace in perseverance. Good fortune.

天與水違行，訟。行觸大忌——冒犯至大之禁忌。與司命牾——觸怒掌管壽命之天官。司命主生死簿籍，冒犯此權即違逆天道本身。執囚束縛，拘制於吏——被捕、被綁、被官吏拘禁。從訟至巽，隨風，巽。君子以申命行事——命令重複頒佈，滲透至最細微之處。巽之風無所不入。詩精確對應：一旦觸犯了不該觸犯之權力，法令之和風無處不在地追蹤你。再深之角落亦不能藏身於體制之網。
