澤上有風，中孚之信。典策法書——經典法令史籍——藏閣蘭臺，蘭臺乃漢代國家檔案館，珍藏天下典籍。雖遭亂潰——天下雖歷兵燹離亂——獨不遇災——唯此典籍安然無恙。帝國崩而文獻存，兵火至而書籍免。從中孚至恆（雷風恆），誠信化為雷風相與之恆久不易。恆之教在於持久者非最強者，乃最恆常者。典籍之存非以武力守護，而以其中所載之寧靜真理超越一切風暴。
