上六 弗遇過之。飛鳥離之。凶。是謂災眚。
Six at the top means: He passes him by, not meeting him. The flying bird leaves him. Misfortune. This means bad luck and injury.

山上有雷，小過之危。匠卿操斧——大匠持斧而立，豫章危殆——百年良木命懸一線。豫章為古之名材，伐之則不可復。袍衣脫剝，祿命訖已——官袍被褫，俸祿與命運一同終結。大才之毀，如良木之伐——生長百年，毀於一朝。從小過至師（地中有水），山上之雷化為地中藏水之師。制度之力一旦指向卓越者，便以軍事般之效率運作：斧落、袍褫、事畢。權力之刃不問功過，唯聽號令。
