山上有雷，小過之毀。大椎破轂——粗大之楔釘打碎車轂，蠻力誤施於精微之機構。長舌亂國——讒言惑眾，國政因舌禍而傾覆。牆茨之言——《詩經·鄘風·牆有茨》之典：宮牆之內之醜聞外洩，本應隱藏之穢語流佈朝野。三世不安——流言毒害延及三代，動搖根基。從小過至小畜（風行天上），雷化為風行天上之文德。然此風攜毒而行：流言本輕如風，積累則有毀滅之力。小畜所應節制者反而蔓延不止，畜而不住。
