Nine in the fourth place means: Perseverance brings good fortune. Remorse disappears. Shock, thus to discipline the Devil's Country. For three years, great realms are awarded.

The spider weaves her web; awaiting travelers on the road. Blue flies gather in greed; seeking fat and sweet. Touching my snare and trap; caught within the net.

注释
火在水上，未濟之隙。蜘蛛作網，以伺行旅——蛛網張設，靜待獵物。青蠅嚵聚，以求膏腴——蒼蠅趨利而聚，貪求肥美。觸我羅絆，為網所得——一觸即陷，不可脫身。此為腐敗之寓：蛛為體制之陷阱，蠅為逐利之徒，網為不可自拔之困局。從未濟至蠱（山下有風），火水之亂化為山下有風之蠱壞。風在山下，本應上行而被壓——舊制度內部已蛀朽。蛛網正是蠱所對治之腐敗：非忍受所能解，必須拆毀重建。
