地上有水，比也。純服黃裳，載土以興——「黃裳」直引坤卦六五爻辭，為純正居中之坤德。身著黃裳，載土而興，以卑微之勞築就基業。德義茂生，天下歸仁——道德義理如草木之茂盛，四海歸於仁道。詩由負土之微起始，終於天下歸仁之宏願，弧線完整。從比至益（風雷益），風雷相激相助，見善則遷，有過則改。比之聯盟若根植於坤之忠厚，則生發益之增長——善行雙向流動，每一德行激發另一德行。
