天地交泰,然太平蛻變為苟且。忍醜少羞——容忍醜態而不以為恥。無面有頭——面目全失,徒具軀殼。虛日以弊,消寡耗減——日復一日虛度,資源漸枯。此非猝然之禍,乃緩慢之墮落:標準消磨殆盡,不堪成為常態。從泰至觀(風行地上),先王以省方觀民設教。觀之義在審視真相。泰化為觀,寓意沉痛:從高處俯瞰所見者,或非盛世之景,而是積弊叢生之實。安逸所回避之真相,觀察者不得不直面。
