天地交泰，正午市集之象。日中為市——日正當中開市交易，取《繫辭傳》「日中為市，致天下之民，聚天下之貨」之義。各抱所有——各持己有之物。交易資貨——互通有無。貪珠懷寶——珍珠寶物人人渴求。心悅歡喜——交易公平，各得其所，滿心歡喜。從泰至升（地中生木），君子以順德，積小以高大。泰化為升：公平之商貿即穩步上升之動力——每一次誠信交易如根系向下延伸，每一次公平互換如木之向上生長。
