Nine in the fourth place means: He climbs up on his wall; he cannot attack. Good fortune.

焦氏易林
衣裳顛倒，為王來呼；成就東周，邦國大休。
Clothes and cap thrown on in haste, summoned by the king. They establish the Eastern Zhou; the domain and state find great repose.

天與火同人，忠臣奔赴王之召喚。衣裳顛倒——衣衫反穿，匆忙至極；為王來呼——為王命而奔走。成就東周，邦國大休——東周以立，天下安息。衣裳顛倒之象見於《詩經·齊風·東方未明》之情急，此處則為政治之緊迫。周公安邦正需此等忘身赴國之臣：棄個人之適而救社稷之危。從同人至中孚（澤上有風），將此急切之行動奠基於至誠。中孚君子以議獄緩死——出自真誠忠心之急切，方能締造恆久之秩序。
