年豐歲熟，政仁民樂——豐年碩果、仁政安民。利以居止，旅人獲福——宜居之地，過客亦蒙其惠。此詩畫出最簡潔完滿之盛世圖景。從大有至噬嗑（雷電交作），天火化為電雷並至，明罰勅法之象。看似矛盾，然噬嗑之旨恰在創造此等景象：以明法去障礙，以正刑清積弊，方有年豐政仁之果。詩為結果，卦為手段。先王以明罰勅法，成就的正是旅人亦獲福之太平。
