桃雀竊脂，巢於小枝；搖動不安，為風所吹；寒心慄慄，常憂殆危。
A sparrow pilfers grease, nesting on a slender branch. Shaking and never at rest; blown about by the wind. The heart is cold and trembling; always fearing peril and danger.

注释
地中有山，桃雀竊脂——偷食之雀築巢於細枝之上。搖動不安，為風所吹——巢在薄枝，風來即搖。寒心慄慄，常憂殆危——心寒膽顫，時刻恐懼。竊食之雀處於不穩之地，非法所得帶來無盡之惶恐。從謙至遯（天下有山），君子以遠小人。偷脂之雀正是遯卦所警惕之小人：貪婪渺小，棲於不可承載之處。謙之山不為貪者提供穩固之巢，天之退避如風搖落其依附。不惡而嚴，此即遯之道。
