雷出地奮，帝德煌煌。黃帝神明，八子聖聰——華夏始祖之盛世景象：八子皆聖，俱受大福，天下康平。黃帝敗蚩尤於涿鹿，創文字醫藥曆法，此詩以其聖明統御為至治之象。從豫至无妄（天下雷行），无妄之義為天道自然、物與無妄。无妄之雷行天下，萬物各得其正，非人為造作而然。黃帝之神明治世恰為无妄之理想：順天應時，不假矯飾，聖德自化。
