注释
雷出地奮，然滕蛇乘龍——蛇凌駕龍上，尊卑顛倒。螣蛇乘龍為以下犯上之凶兆：臣凌君、小人乘君子。宋鄭飢凶，民食草蓬——兩國饑荒，百姓以野草充飢。治道既亂，民生必困。從豫至頤（山下有雷），頤為養之卦：君子慎言語、節飲食。然此詩所示恰為養之反面——治理失序則養民無方，百姓食不果腹。豫之振奮若為小人所乘，則作樂崇德之意蕩然，唯餘飢寒之苦。
