雷出地奮，然天象示警：星隕如雨，天命將變。弓弱無輔——角弓失其筋角之助，不堪引射，自衛無力。強陽制陰，民不得安土。星隕為古代天命喪失之凶兆，武備廢弛則禍患必至。從豫至訟（天與水違行），歡騰之勢遭遇根本性之對立：天水相違，上下背離。豫之振奮碰壁於訟之爭執，失去自持之力者終被時勢所逐。
