山下有風，蠱毒為患。蠆室蜂戶——蠍蟲滿室，蜂巢塞門；螫我手足——毒刺傷及手足。不可進取——不可貿然前進；為吾害咎——否則必招禍殃。此為嚴厲之警告：腐敗之所已為毒蟲所據，入則受害。從蠱至觀（風行地上），有些敗壞不可正面對抗，須退而觀之。風行地上，無所不見而不涉其中。先王省方觀民設教——以遠觀之智取代近身之鬥，以示範教化代替闖入毒室。
