山下有風，蠱放猛獸。虎豹爭強——虎豹競相逞強；道閉不通——道路封鎖不通。小人讙訟——小人喧嘩爭訟；貪夫受空——貪婪之人反落得空。腐敗造成之權力真空引來掠食者：強者相食，弱者徒呼。從蠱至萃（澤上於地），敗壞之局要求人們即使互不信任也須聚合。澤聚於地上，匯其所流——然此聚合需警戒之心。君子除戎器、戒不虞：即便在會聚之所，掠食者仍伺伏其間。
